What data do we collect?

Via the project form: name, organisation, email address, telephone number, country, location, preferred date, your project description and any photos of the location.

Why do we use this data?

Only to review your enquiry, contact you and prepare a proposal or quotation. The legal basis is your consent and the steps necessary before entering into a potential agreement.

We do not sell your data or use it for newsletters without your separate consent.

How long do we keep it?

We retain enquiries that do not lead to a project for a maximum of 2 years. For a project, we retain the data for as long as legally required for follow-up and accounting.

Where is it stored?

Your data and photos are kept in secure, restricted-access storage within the EU. Photos are not publicly visible and can only be accessed by our team.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email benelux@proietta.com.

Do you disagree with how we handle your data? You can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to anonymously measure how visitors use the site: pages visited, device, browser, approximate region and the source of the visit. This only happens if you give permission in the cookie banner. Google does not store IP addresses. We do not use this data for advertising.

We store your choice (accept or reject) in your browser, together with the time and the version of the notice you saw. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of every page.
